Leanice Realty
Built a full lead-generation system end to end: custom site, HubSpot CRM, compliant SMS, automated email and text nurture split by buyer, seller, and renter, Google Ads with conversion tracking, and a Google Business Profile, all firing from one engine. Includes a custom fix for HubSpot iframe conversion tracking where standard GTM setups silently fail.

One builder, start to finish
I'm Spencer, the builder behind Saxon Foundry. You work directly with me: the same person who scopes your project writes the code and ships it. No account managers, no telephone game between you and the work. When a build needs more than one set of hands, I bring in partners I trust, but you stay with me start to finish, and I own the result.
I also partner with Strive Solutions, a marketing firm, where I lead the web and AI automation work.
